When doing warm outbound messages to leads that aren't in a pipeline yet... It would be awesome if you could select multiple leads from the conversation list inside of Messenger in order to "Add Lead" (multiple leads at a time) to a pipeline rather than having to do it separately

E.g. Write a post, CTA: Answer with Flowchat and I sent you xyz. Look in your DMs So when the comment with flowchat, than a DM is sent ...

Add a trigger - if you move on this stage, remove from pipeline xyz or all other pipelines

I would like to sent different messages to participants in polls according to the option, they have chosen.

Filter stages by contacts who recently replied

I would like to see better Message Templates organization. I have more then 100 message templates, and it is a mess. Some way of grouping them, easier sort/filter them, etc. (in this view - check attachment)
