In order to get better Response Suggestions - give us the chance, to define an AI persona, like: You are a Coach and you help other coaches with ... Answer professional, but with a humerous tongue. End every response with an open question.

I would like to sent different messages to participants in polls according to the option, they have chosen.

Be able to save the comment reply variations and switch to a new set without deleting them. When replying to different posts, you have to replace the replies. If there was a way to have previous ones stored to use again that would be awesome.

When doing warm outbound messages to leads that aren't in a pipeline yet... It would be awesome if you could select multiple leads from the conversation list inside of Messenger in order to "Add Lead" (multiple leads at a time) to a pipeline rather than having to do it separately

100 million monthly active users. There's a personal note feature on the platform and I'd love to have it integrated within Flowchat. Could bring in some really high quality leads.

We see that if "Leads" button was updated to "Entrys" "Entry type" we could use the pipeline to manage our tasks... adding a new task, delegate them to team members, see if the task is pending, started, on hold, finished... etc.
