Being able to respond to prospects within the CRM instead of having to open up the account and copy the template then paste the message is an essential feature.

Pipeline builder view that shows conversation flow in flowchart format.

I'd like to be able to add notes to saved posts. Like when I save a high performing post from myself or a competitor from linkedIN I would like a field to make notes on it.
