Bruno Domingues, Well it could be any kind of one-time-task that we needs to be done... update the funnel, record episode 1 for the program, record episode 2... etc. And if we delegate this to a team member we can drag it to their column... and there could be columns for each team member: new task, in progress, done...

Today we are using Google Sheets, and this is what the One-time-tasks looks like at the moment

This was built before we had team members built so the tasks can't be assigned to a team member at the moment but you can put the team member name in the title as a way to assign for now.
