Thank you. The Business Account is the brand's account and the founder's account is a personal or creator account separate from the business. The business is the business and the founder's account is the personal Instagram account of the founder. Some business owners have their personal brand account that is separate from their company and use both to drive traffic to the offer.

Emilia Lujan: ok on IG you can run FlowChat on any account, it doesnt matter if its business or personal. FlowChat will use whatever account is actively logged in on the browser.

Bruno Domingues My request was to have an automation that creates a group between both accounts. Chris and Sean did this with me when they reached out. But after my onboarding call Hannah said this was not automated and done manually. So she mentioned to put in this request.
