Liam McDonald step by step... :) in about 2 months from now we'll have a new workflows feature to help design these workflows as it's not easy to build a workflow on the automation editor which is just a form, it's like you say a bit confusing because qualification can end in multiple scenarios, which on a visual workflow would be easy to understand but on a form not so much. :)

We're now running the auto-qualify in our own flows to do the final tweaks before we put it live for everyone later this month.
