Very often people have academy titles, some use emojis. When added to a message, there it is obvious, that an autmation is sending out (e.g. Dr. Michael).
AI could help to identify the first name correctly and get rid of the rest.

This doesn't need AI, it's the first name variable replacement function that has to consider those bits as part of the name.
