When someone joins and adds their Facebook Group, they can only get emails from new members who answer the question. However, FB does store that info on the person's group profile. It would be great to have the ability to extract that data into the records and into whatever CRM the person is using. Would be a killer feature that would be very appealing to marketers who have bigger groups and never collected the data.
